Hey Reader, How are you? I'm enjoying the warm temperatures we've been having - it feels like a delayed August. I love this time of year when the leaves change colour! I went to Rocky Mountain House with a friend two weekends ago. It was nice to get hiking in the mountains again. The colours were just starting to turn yellow. It reminded me of when I went to Waterton last September and hiked in the golden larches. With the crisp air in the morning and pleasant temperatures in the afternoon, it was a perfect time to escape on a getaway to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views with the vibrant colours changing the landscape. I wrote a 2 Days in Waterton: Best Fall Hikes and Scenic Itinerary for you to enjoy the trip just as much as I did! I also included a Waterton Hiking and Kayaking Checklist freebie for you to download to bring everything you need on your trip.
I've been having fun making printables like these checklists and planners. You can also make things like invitations, kids' games, labels and more. I have friends who are making passive money from this side hustle. They are hosting a live workshop tonight at 8 P.M. ET on "Your First $50,000 Selling Printables". In this info-packed live workshop, Cody & Chelsea (not me) will cover a lot of ground. You’ll learn:
They also share examples of other printable sellers who are earning 5 or 6 figures with this side hustle - and how you can follow in their footsteps. Every successful Etsy seller started at zero. If you have no idea where to start, I highly recommend checking out this free workshop. >> Your First $50,000 Selling Printables << Starting today, September 23rd - 29th, 2025, Gold City Ventures is opening up their E-Printables Course for $247 enrollment for a limited time (and providing a special discount $50 off coupon), offering it at $197 to help you make your own printables. Pigeon Lake Skateway Hey Reader, How are you? Kris and I are looking forward to hiking again soon! In the meantime, we went skating at Pigeon Lake. It has an 8 km skateway. Every time the volunteers clear the ice, it's shaped differently, which is cool. They have a really nice ambiance with music playing from one of the houses with a fire pit to warm up. A bench is available to lace up your skates. There is plenty of space to skate in different directions and enjoy an afternoon there. Grab...
Hey Reader, How are you? I went to Pigeon Lake last weekend with a girl friend, hoping to skate on the skateway. Did you know they have an 8 km-long skateway? Unfortunately, as you can see from the pictures above, it didn't quite work out as planned. The temperatures were warming up, but I thought if we went in the morning, we'd still catch some good ice. Sadly, before we arrived, it rained on the lake! =( There were several inches of water on the ice that a goose was swimming lol Not...
